ITV wraps up McDonald & Dodds
ITV has pulled the plug on the detective drama McDonald and Dodds after four series. The show, which starred Jason Watkins and Tala Gouveia, was popular among some fans but an ITV spokesperson said the fourth season didn't reach the required ratings for a new series.

The six-part Channel 4 crime drama about an autistic, self-taught criminologist working within the Yorkshire Police. Adapted from the French series Astrid, it was filmed mostly in York, northern England.
